How do I know if I completed a survey?
You will receive a confirmation at the end of a survey, and the corresponding credits will be added to your account within a few business days.
I can’t access a survey sent to me
Check your internet connection, browser settings, or access the survey directly through your Palpito account.
The survey was closed or my quota is full, what does this mean?
This indicates that we have reached the necessary number of participants or that your profile does not fit the criteria for that specific survey. Surveys can close quickly, so be quick to participate!

Is this service paid?
No, participating in the Palpito Panel is completely free. We will never ask for payment for your participation.
