Simply fill out the registration form on our sign-up page and confirm your registration through the link sent to your email. It’s quick and straightforward!

After registration, your first survey may arrive quickly, depending on your profile and the demands of our partners. This usually happens within two to three weeks. Also, check directly in your Palpito account for available surveys.

Your browser must accept cookies to respond to surveys. If you encounter difficulties, access information for different browsers.

You will receive a confirmation at the end of a survey, and the corresponding credits will be added to your account within a few business days.

Check your internet connection, browser settings, or access the survey directly through your Palpito account.

This indicates that we have reached the necessary number of participants or that your profile does not fit the criteria for that specific survey. Surveys can close quickly, so be quick to participate!

No, participating in the Palpito Panel is completely free. We will never ask for payment for your participation.

After accumulating a minimum of $12.50, you can transfer your earnings to PayPal, which can create an account for you if you do not have one. Learn more about fees and the transfer process on our website.
