How to request a PayPal payment (via Tremendous)

  1. Access your account: Log into the Palpito website or app and go to the “Rewards” section.
  2. Check your balance: If you have a minimum balance of USD 12.50, you can initiate the redemption process.
  3. Request redemption: Click on “Redeem” and choose the PayPal via Tremendous option.
  4. Track the process: After the request, your payment status will be updated to “pending”. Processing will take 3 to 5 business days.
  5. Receive the email: You will receive an email from Tremendous with a link to claim your payment.
  6. Complete the redemption: Access the provided link and follow the instructions to finalize the receipt of your payment.

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your payment to be processed. If this is your first transaction, it will take 10 days for your payment to be processed. Payments are not processed on weekends or holidays..
